About Steven Stern Wellness Coaching
I work with people who want to transition to a healthier lifestyle. Most of my clients have tried several diets without permanent weight loss. They have tried exercise programs, but lose interest and stop. I teach my clients what the overwhelming weight of scientific evidence tells us about how to eat for weight loss, health, and longevity. I will teach you to exercise in ways that you will stick with. I will help you take simple steps toward your wellness goals at a pace comfortable for you. Knowing how to eat and exercise is one half of the equation. The other is doing it consistently. To permanently improve health, one has to have a plan in place and care strongly about the outcome. I will help you realize your motivations; clarify your wellness vision, and achieve goals for success. My approach is two-fold: I simplify abundant and often contradictory health information; and I lead you through a process of contemplation to deal with the mental and emotional aspects of change. I will give you a proven process for transitioning to a healthful lifestyle so you can succeed.
